    Consider using the shared balcony for a morning coffee. The views of the bay are wonderful and it adds a lovely touch to your stay.

    my room included a microwave, central heating, and an iron. the accommodation had a central location close to beach and restaurants. what's more, it was so close to the boats which cruise around the bay of islands, and the centre of town.

    We had a room with a view. It was worth the extra as the room was spacious with a large bed and excellent bathroom facilities. It was located within easy distance of the town centre. It had free internet access.

    Nothing, we would recommend this motel to friends.

    I would highly recommend this hotel. It was clean and comfortable and excellent value for money. A 2 bedroom apartment cost us $125.00aud a night ! Bargain! The management was lovely and helpful as well.

    Very nice. Large spacious room with lovely bath room and big 2 person spa bath. Very comfortable queen size bed. The organic tea and coffee provided was really nice. It is situated within easy walking distance to main wharf, town centre and restaurants.

    Consider me officially shocked

    What a gem! We enjoyed amazing sunset views from our spacious Sea View Studio with a spa. The cute staff were really nice, sharing local gems and tips. The clean, well-equipped kitchenette. I can't wait to return for a longer stay!

    I really enjoyed the spaciousness of the Garden Studio. The small kitchen made morning coffee easy and fresh milk right from reception was a nice touch. The bed was comfortable, and the informative folder outlining local excursions and walks was very helpful. The location felt peaceful, with a pleasant 10-minute walk along the beautiful waterfront into Paihia. A missing chair in the bathroom would have made dressing much easier. A rail in the shower could greatly assist elderly guests. Service was fantastic. Penny was cute and accommodating throughout our stay. A lovely place but with room for some improvements!

    The Woman who checked us in was rude however the gentleman we dealt wtih later on was very friendly. No Milk In room, You had to ask for it.
